Making a Gift
Gifts of cash, checks, credit cards are accepted. Donations can be made in honor or in memory of someone, or an event. Donors may designate their gift toward a specific program or make a donation that will go where the need is greatest.
Online donations can be made using the donation option to the right of your screen. To make arrangements that meet your needs, please contact the Foundation Office.

Additional information will be needed to process your gift, including:
-anticipated date the shares will be transferred

-the number of shares

Recognition for your Gift
Recognition of gifts of certain levels is displayed on the Memorial Wall- Hutchinson Community Hospital, Memorial Wall- Burns Manor Nursing Home, and engraved pavers and benches- Birchwood Hospice House.
Recognition for donations toward “Building the Future of Senior Care” will be displayed in the new facility.
